    Liability coverage for common areas and covenant enforcement.

    Savings for big-ticket items like pool resurfacing and entry structures.

How online payment works

  1. Sign in with the email the association has on file. We send a one-time link, no password to remember.
  2. Your property and current balance appear. Choose card or bank transfer.
  3. Pay securely through Stripe. A receipt lands in your inbox and your account updates immediately.

Prefer paper? Checks payable to Fountains Homeowners Association can be mailed to the address in the footer. Your account is updated when the treasurer records it.
