Access and key fobs
The pool area is gated and requires a fob. Keys were replaced with fobs in the 2019 season. Use of the pool is limited to Fountains residents whose HOA dues are current, and their guests.
Need a fob or a bathroom key? Submit a pool key request and a board member will reach out within five business days. Replacement fobs are $50.00 and replacement bathroom keys are $5.00.
Keeping it nice
The pool is a quiet, family-friendly space. Behavior that is not family-friendly, or crowds beyond the posted limit, are reported to the board and may lead to loss of pool access.
- The pool is maintained to city regulations by a certified operator. Water is tested several times daily and logged for three years. City inspectors visit several times each season, and the pool is drained and refilled at the start of every season.
- Two pergolas were added recently. Keep gatherings to one pergola, and do not put nails, screws or hooks in them.
- Use the pool parking lot when spaces are open so the street stays clear.
- Report concerns and violations to the board through the complaint form.

- 1Hours are 10 AM to 10 PM daily. Please respect the 10 PM closing.
- 2No lifeguard is on duty. Swim at your own risk.
- 3Keep the gate shut and locked. Do not prop it open or let anyone in through it.
- 4Maximum of 51 people in the pool area at one time.
- 5Patrons under 16 must have an adult from their household present.
- 6No diving or flips from the side.
- 7Everyone must leave the pool area during lightning or thunder.
- 8No alcohol or glass inside the pool fence.
- 9Shower with soap before entering the pool.
- 10Do not enter with open wounds, bandages, or symptoms of a communicable disease.
- 11No running or rough play.
- 12Wear appropriate swim attire. No cut-off shorts or thongs.
- 13Enter and exit only through the front gate. Climbing the fence is prohibited.
- 14Residents are responsible for their guests, and guests must follow HOA rules.
- 15Vandalism can result in a ban from the pool area.
- 16Do not put patio furniture or other non-pool objects in the water.
- 17No profanity, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior.
- 18Keep music and sound at a volume that does not disturb others or nearby neighbors.
- 19Children not yet potty-trained must wear swim diapers.
- 20Close the gate when leaving.
