What we collect

Information you give us through forms: your name, email, phone, address and the content of your request or complaint. If you sign in as a resident, we store your account email and link it to your property. If you pay dues online, Stripe processes your payment; we never see or store full card or bank numbers.

How we use it

• To respond to requests and complaints and keep a record for the board.
• To track dues and send receipts and reminders.
• To email announcements to people who subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who sees it

Board members with admin access, and the services that run the site: Supabase (database), Cloudflare (hosting and bot protection), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email). We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.

Anonymous complaints

If you leave the name and contact fields blank on the complaint form, the board sees the complaint without knowing who sent it. We log a network address for abuse prevention only.
